THE ASSIGNMENT
For this assignment you will create a composition that depicts your personal narrative. The work should consider one or more of the examples of contemporary artists displayed below. You will need to create two detailed studies before starting on your final piece. The studies should map out the composition, color (if there is color), and proportions.

Your Personal Narrative Drawing Should:
  1. Be larger than 18 x 24 inches and on high-quality drawing paper (you cannot use your Strathmore 400 drawing pads).
  2. You can use any dry medium for these drawings.
  3. This is your final work for the semester and your drawing should be displayed with care. The paper should not have wrinkles or torn edges. The boarder and margins of the work should be considered.
